When you rent from us, we provide everything you need for your event! Our rentals include tables and chairs, making sure you have comfortable seating for your guests. We also offer tablecloths and overlays to make your tables look beautiful. To add a special touch, we include chair covers and sashes as well. With our complete package, you can create the perfect setting for any occasion, whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or celebration. Event Prices

3 hour event includes 2 hours before and one hour after for breakdown. Also includes tables, chairs, linens, overlay, chair cover, sash, cleaning fees and much more! The space is all set up for you before you arrive to put your personal touches on. Additional event hours at $125 per hour. (weddings are not eligible for standard parties prices)

***If alcohol is being served a liability insurance policy is required. No alcohol is to be sold at any events.

Standard Party Events $425 + Tax

Children’s Birthday Parties $300 + Tax

Perfect party event for children (1-5). 2 hour event includes 1 hour before and half an hour after for breakdown. Also includes tables, chairs, linens, overlays, chair covers, sashes, cleaning fees and much more! The space is all set up for you before you arrive to put your personal touches on.

Weddings - Starting at: $1995 + Tax

Our wedding packages include 6 hours of event time, 4 hours before for set up and 2 hours for breakdown. Includes tables, chairs, linens, real china, flatware, glasses, liability insurance, complimentary champagne toast, use of sound system, host there during your entire event to assist and much, much more!

$1995 is for up to 40 guests, $2495 for up to 60 guests, $3000 for up to 75 guests. (Food, drinks, entertainment and wedding cake not included).

If you’re planning an event and want something special, there’s no need to search for a balloon artist. Donna is here to help! She will create a stunning balloon feature that will brighten up your celebration and impress your guests. Whether it’s for a birthday party, wedding, or any gathering, Donna’s creativity and skill will bring your vision to life. Let her add a touch of magic with colorful and fun balloon designs that everyone will love!

China and Glass Setting Rental

$4.50 + (per setting)

We offer a stunning collection of mix and match china, flatware, and glasses for rent, perfect for any wedding or party celebration. Our beautiful pieces add a unique touch to your tables, making your special day even more memorable. This service is included with our wedding packages, so you can enjoy elegant dining without the hassle.

Party Planning services

$200 +

Donna is ready to help you plan your special event! All you need to do is meet with her to share your ideas and the vision you have in mind. She will listen to your wishes and ensure every detail is taken care of. Whether it's a birthday party, wedding, or corporate event, Donna will make it unique and memorable for you and your guests. Let her bring your dreams to life with her personal touch!

We also rent space to photographers!

If you need a private space for indoor photoshoots Donna Marie’s is available.

We offer a beautiful space with original brick walls, very private and bathroom available. We can also can provide you with professional lighting, backdrops and some props. Set up your own mini shoots for the holidays.

Space rental is $50 per hour.

Lighting and backdrop use $25.

Donna Marie’s

Donna, the owner and curator of Donna Marie’s Event Venue, acquired the property at 418 N Roane St in April 2023. Remarkably, within just a week, she had the venue operational. Although it wasn't her initial idea for the location, she soon discovered her passion for hosting events, turning her vision into a successful reality.

Donna is an accomplished professional photographer, recognized with awards, who currently focuses on headshots, all done at Donna Marie’s!

Donna was raised in Worcester, MA, and spent 23 years in South Florida, where she experienced the hottest summers of her life. For the past 20 years, she has made her home in Harriman, TN. As a wife, mother, grandmother, and fur mom, she is also an active community leader, having served on various boards, including those for her community, the City of Harriman and Roane County.

She enjoys traveling with her husband of 32 years and family, particularly to Europe. Her extensive travels have taken her to destinations such as China, Morocco, Egypt, Spain, Italy, the UK, and many others. She has a passion for the arts, animals, cooking, spending time with family and friends, antiquing, and much more. Many find her last name, "Demyanovich," difficult to pronounce, so she often goes by Donna or Donna Demy, a nickname she has grown accustomed to.
